Way to tough to eat

I purchased 3 different cuts of steaks, all were extremely tough to even chew. After i cooked the first one and was not able to eat it. I checked your website to see it special cooking instructions are given in how to prepare your meats. I now am doing a low and slow cooking but the meat was still way tough to eat. So at this point I cut it up, put in food chopper and gave to dog. Buying almost 200.00 worth of meats and being very disappointed is what I am. I wasn’t going to write a review or complain, just not order again.

Ribeye

May comment is only for the ribeye cut not there other products. Not happy with this cut. It seemed to lack texture and flavor. Cooked my steak like all all my other steaks in terms of the same process, Medium rare.
